Congratulations to superwoman Emma Proto who (minus her running dog Benji) completed the London Landmarks Half-marathon at the weekend. Emma ran Boston and London marathons last year, and is preparing again for London in a few weeks’ time.  It is always great running the closed roads of the capital in any event with this one picking out a number of the sights to visit as the route weaved around the London roads. Well done Emma who finished in a time 1 hour 31 minutes and 58 seconds: a great way to start a Sunday morning.
