It’s been an outstanding two weeks of racing for Jack Kavanagh, starting with a National Athletics League 3000m record, followed six days later by National 5000m Gold, and rounded off yesterday (Sunday 3rd August) with British 5000m Championship Silver.

Exciting times ahead especially with your local running club Holland Sports AC now in the Surrey Premiership league of Cross Country Running and hosting the first division 1 race at Holland Sports on Saturday 11th October “Save The Date”
