Last Saturday, seven club members arranged for a meet up at nearby Bromley Parkrun. Highlight was Sam Long successfully pacing Alice Martin to a superb PB of 19.32: congratulations on that. Elsewhere Mark and Ant were at Wakehurst Parkrun where they met and chatted to the lovely Dame Kelly Holmes.
