Well done Nick and Amy Hickman who travelled down to Romney Marshes for the pancake-flat Lydd Half-marathon on Sunday morning. Skies were clear and cold as the runners set off around this loop around this beautiful part of Kent. It was a little windy for all out PB attempts but both of this super-power super-couple finished in cracking times. Well done Amy who finished in 2 hours and 49 seconds and Nick, who finished just ahead in 1 hour 30 minutes and 17 seconds. Marathon season is upon us and both are training for events to be held at the up-coming Edinburgh marathon weekend – running races that take participants to some of the most iconic landmarks in the Scottish capital: good luck both!
