Fixture venues are listed here. Event timings on the day are listed here. We are aiming to get a good number of athletes out for the Southern Athletics League this year. These fairly low-key, positive and supportive events, offer any athlete the chance to participate, take-part and enjoy athletics with other like-minded people: they are great way to spend a Saturday or Sunday afternoon. No charge for participation.
