When you are running well, you have to race! And fresh of a PB in the Armagh 5k, Kieran Barnes was at it again over the weekend as he clocked another PB, this time over the longer half-marathon distance. There are a number of fast, flat half-marathons that club runners target at this time of the year as they continue their build towards the London Marathon in April, and although Kieran is not doing London this year, he still brought his cross-country form onto the road over the 13.1 miles of roads in Cambridge. Kieran knocked almost two and half minutes of his previous PB, clocking 66 minutes and 19 seconds, putting another of Holland Sports AC athletes in the top 10 of a very well-attended race. Well done Kieran, another great day of racing.
