Well done to Paul Ramsier, super vet and super man, who once again showed that with some hard work, dedication and commitment, age is no boundary to getting faster. Around the flat, fast multi-lap course at Battersea Park, Paul beat his previous personal best to come home in a time of 41.24, the first V60 over the line and just after celebrating his 63rd birthday. And Paul made it a family affair as his son, Alix (running for his boyhood club of South London Harriers), came home in first place, winning the 10k event in a time of 32.50. Congratulations Paul and Alix for a very successful evening in central London.
