Congratulations to Alice M. for gaining Surrey County Cross-country selection for the up-coming Southern Junior Inter-Counties Championships at Horsenden Hill to be held in north London in late November. Alice has only fairly recently added running to the hockey she has played all through school but obviously brings a great base fitness and good aerobic engine to the sport – gaining county selection to race against some of the top junior athletes in the south of England a real reward for the hard work that she has put in at the track and on the roads with other members of the Holland Sports middle and long distance squad. Well done Alice – we look forward to hearing how you’ve got on in November.
