Members of Lingfield Running Club joined Holland Sports regulars on Wednesday night for a joint track session this week, being put through their paces by the senior lead endurance coach at Holland Sports, Neil Danby. Great to have so many on the track, helping to create a really positive atmosphere and vibe.
If you want to get into running, get back into running or have not stepped foot on a running track since school, this friendly, supportive session will help you overcome any nerves you have about doing so. Lingfield join us on the first and third Wednesdays of the month – always helping to bring a friendly buzz to proceedings. Sessions are free to attend. All you need are a pair of trainers and the ‘will’ to give it a go! We’d love to have you along.
And to top it all off, sometimes there are fireworks!!
