Holland Sports picked both individual and team honours at the annual British Masters 5k Championships held in Battersea Park this November. It was a cold and wet morning that greeted the team of James Ellis, Andy Cornish and Chris Blackburn as they set of in the M45-54 aged-group race. The team picked up a national bronze medal – the first time that Holland has featured as a team on the national stage – with Chris picking up individual bronze in the M50-54 age group. A testament to the training that is going on through the year at the Mill Lane Recreation Ground and then many senior athletes that are currently competing for the club, it was great to celebrate this success with the rest of the team.
