Well done those athletes that made the journey to Carshalton to take part in the latest round of the Southern Athletics League. The lcub was well represented over the 400 metre hurdles with Tom Rady clocking 64.26 and Oloff Van Zyl clocking 68.73. Both athletes were involved in the pole vault with Tom clearing 3 metres 40 centimetres and Oloff clearing 2 metres and 80 centimetres.

Performance of the day came from Matt McGill who clocked a new club record over the 400 metres of 52.67, as well as clocking 24.27 over the 200.
