Last Saturday saw our own parkrun regular Neil Jones run a parkrun pb at the undulating but scenic Tilgate parkrun in a time of 22.12 beating his previous best by over a minute . Congratulations to Neil, all those club Tuesdays speeds sessions are paying off.
Well done to the other 9 HSAC members who also ran at various parkruns too.
