Paul and Angela Ramsier were back at the Hoppit 10k at the weekend, a trail race that takes participants out and across some of Hampshire’s most beautiful scenery. An annual pilgrimage for the Ramsiers, both Paul and Angela ran well. Angela finished in a time of 1 hour 10 minutes and 30 seconds with Paul finishing in 49 minutes and 34 seconds. Paul (V60) came second in his age category – gaining a well deserved silver medal.
