Dedicated parkrunner James Saunders yesterday (Whit Monday) made the trip to the Netherlands for their ‘extra day’ parkrun at Schoterbos parkrun. As with most of the bonus day parkruns around the world,  it attracted plenty of tourists from abroad. It usually only gets around 100 runners but it was nearer 300. In fact, all the Netherlands parkruns yesterday attracted 3,707 runners in total, not only a new extra day record but a new National record.
