Andy Cornish made the trip back to his home-town of Norwich this weekend for the Norwich 10k, a route that takes athletes from the city centre and then loops them around the town. East Anglia is known for being flat, but this course seeks out the only hill in the city to get runners to run up. Andy has been running well recently, and this race was further evidence of this: he completed the course in 43.44, just shy of his PB of 43.32. Andy came home 7th in the V55-65 category.
Another great weekend of running and athletics. Well done to all those athletes who competed this weekend, representing the club in the blue and white of Holland Sports.
