Two Holland Sports athletes made the trip to Gravesend to compete in the British Masters Trail Running Championships, a run that took them across 30k of undulating and hilly terrain. Trail running is an area of athletics that has seen huge growth in participation rates over the last five years so it is great that Holland Sports AC can be represented in this way. Well done to Steve Aish, who completed this challenging run in 2 hours 12 minutes and 22 seconds, coming home 18th overall and picking up a British Masters silver medal in the process for being second in his age category.

Ever-young Aziouz Lammali also competed in a stacked V60 race. Coming home 92nd overall, Aziouz was 7th in his age category in 2 hours 42 minutes and 52 seconds: well done both.
